Do my pets need to be in the same photo to be in the same painting?

Accepted Answer

Nope! I can crop each pet from their photos and put them together. Before sketching, I will send you an example of how the photos look together merged to get your approval.

Does it matter what’s in the background of my pets photo?

No it does not. I will only paint your pet from the photo unless you want an element or two to be added from the photo into the painting.

When will my portrait be done?

There are different factors that play into how quickly you receive your finished one of a kind pet portrait. 
After you submit your pets photos I go through and crop each one and resize it to fit the painting size. I send you each example for you to choose one. 
Once you have picked the photo reference I begin sketching. Then I send you the sketch example.
You approve the sketch and I start painting! 
I do not give updates of your pets painting mainly because I am so focused and immersed in the painting process that I loose track of time/ forget to take photos along the way. 
Depending on the amount of paintings I have and the time of year, the turn around time could be 1 week to over a month.

What is the refund policy?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at kyliefaisonart@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you will need to package the product in the same packaging it arrived in with the correct, secure packaging. You will be responsible for any return postage cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email a photo of the package how it arrived and the damaged product to kyliefaisonart@gmail.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, personalized items, and custom pet portraits). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
